Curriculum Corner – Math Antics and Pi

Here are some of the past subjects covered:

Does your child like to watch funny videos on YouTube? Math Antics provides educational videos about math with a silly twist, and the videos are all free to watch. Check out the videos on arithmetic, fractions, geometry, percents and algebra basics. Try to find one that matches what you are learning about in math this week.
March 14 is National Pi Day! If you want to learn more about pi, plan some fun pi activities on March 14 with your family. The simplest way to celebrate is give yourself a break and order a pizza pie for dinner and challenge your kids to see which one could recite the most post decimal pi values.
