About Danielle

Danielle is so grateful to be a part of the innovative and loving iLEAD Exploration team! She grew up in Los Angeles and chased her passion for education by receiving a bachelor of arts and teaching credential through Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2012. After teaching science, academies, and AVID in the public middle school classroom for seven years, she is excited to see what individualized learning opportunities can provide students through the homeschool experience. Coming from two diverse education settings (one a small K-8 charter with a small close-knit community and another a very large school setting with endless student personalities and diverse needs), she has a lot to offer future learners and families, but is most excited about getting to know them in a more in-depth, individual environment as she supports them with their personalized goals.

Aside from education, Danielle loves adventuring with her two young boys and husband, traveling both locally and abroad. She also enjoys building community through creating events and providing platforms for women (especially mothers to share their stories). Danielle loves photography, crafting, getting active outdoors, and is always looking for opportunities in self-discovery and improvement.
