About Laura

Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in special education with a concentration on specific learning disabilities in 2003 from the University of Central Florida. She also holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction as well as in child law and policy. She has taught a variety of grade levels as well as disciplines, and supported a variety of special needs and has loved every moment!

Laura currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband, four daughters, and a French bulldog named Mia Wia. She loves to cook, grow vegetables in her garden, kickbox, and have fun with her family and friends.
