About Michelle

Michelle Vasquez is a care team member on the student support team at iLEAD Exploration. Michelle began her career with iLEAD at SCVi in 2017, where she spent four years primarily working as a care team member and as a facilitator in the child care program iCREATE.
Michelle is passionate about working with children. The opportunity to impact the development of children in a positive way and meet them where they’re at is her ‘why.’ Her hopes for the future are to continue to positively impact the lives of those around her, no matter the position she’s in.
Michelle has a double associate degree in sociology and liberal arts and plans to further her education even more. She currently resides in Wisconsin with her fiance, Dervon, and two cats, Cosmo and Coraline. Michelle enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
