About Laura

Laura has been an educator for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Science from California State University Fullerton and her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Whittier College. Laura is passionate about homeschooling and took time off from teaching in the classroom to homeschooling her four children. Laura recently moved from her native state of California to Northern Virginia. She is enjoying being a part of the Care Team and helping learners grow. Laura enjoys visiting her grown children in California, South Carolina and New York. She lives with her husband and their pug and sister cats. Laura and her husband have been enjoying seeing the sights of Virgina on their Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
