About Erma

Erma was born and raised in Shelley, Idaho, and earned her a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education at Boise State University. She has been an elementary and high school special education resource room teacher, an achievement center director, home school teacher, and enjoys being an Educational Facilitator.

Erma is passionate about individualizing education to fit the learner and loves supporting families on their educational journey. When she is not working, Erma loves playing beach volleyball, hiking, surfing, and traveling. She is the proud mother of two grown children. Her son is a 7th-grade history teacher and her daughter is a wildlands conservationist/ evolutionary ecologist. She loves going on adventures with them whenever she gets the chance.
