About Tamara

Tamara is excited to be back with iLEAD Exploration. Tamara thinks that working with homeschooling families is the most inspiring educational experience she has ever witnessed. She feels blessed to encounter the innovation and dedication each family brings to their homeschooling experience.

Tamara has 12 years of classroom experience teaching K-5 in the Los Angeles Unified School District. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Riverside and went on to earn her multiple subject teaching credential from Cal State University Northridge. Tamara continued her education at Cal State Northridge, receiving a master’s degree in educational administration.

Tamara is a mom of two beautiful boys whom she has homeschooled for a few years. She lives in Culver City with her sons and amazing husband. Working with homeschooling families is the best job Tamara could ever imagine!

When she has some free time, Tamara loves to sew, bake vegan and gluten-free goodies, and spend family time with her two boys and incredible husband.
