Learner Spotlight: Katelyn Muschamp
New at SCVi, 10th grader Katelyn Muschamp is an amazing young lady who seeks to challenge herself academically. She has been utilizing all the opportunities the school has to offer by taking high school and college courses.
The flexibility of being homeschooled has allowed Katelyn to learn how to time manage while maintaining straight As. By the end of this semester, she will have completed a total of 22 units in college courses.
She also really enjoys taking courses with vendors and loves the variety of educational opportunities offered. She has participated in piano, ice skating and rock climbing, and has taken lessons in Chinese. On top of all her accomplishments, she even earned first place in a Chinese competition!
Katelyn will continue her academic endeavors with the wonderful support she receives from the school and her educational facilitator.
